It is important to understand that Rows' Employers maintain control over the data they and their authorized employees (or independent contractors) ("SaaS Users") input and transmit to the Rows Platform. If you are an Employer's employee, you will access the Rows Platform by logging into the appropriate portals provided by your Employer.

Under applicable data privacy laws, a "Controller" owns the personal information data it collects and determines the purposes and means by which personal information is processed. A "Processor" processes personal information on behalf of a Controller. Employers are Controllers of their SaaS Users' personal data. Rows acts as a Processor for Employers with respect to SaaS Users' data, governed by agreements with Employers.

If you are an employee or job applicant using the Rows Platform, please direct any privacy-related inquiries to your Employer. Job applicants' data, including resumes, contact details, and application responses, is controlled by the Employer using the Rows Platform. Rows processes this information solely to facilitate recruitment and talent acquisition.
